Saigon Hustle was founded by two Houston women, Sandy Nguyen and Cassie Ghaffar, who shared a vision to bring the authentic flavors of Vietnam into a modern and approachable dining experience.
As mothers and entrepreneurs, they recognized the challenge of finding food that was both quick and nourishing. They wanted to create a place where families, professionals, and food lovers could enjoy the comfort of Vietnamese cuisine made with care, packed with flavor, and easy to take on the go.
What began as a passion project soon grew into a community movement. Sandy and Cassandra set out to honor the recipes and traditions they grew up with, from sizzling lemongrass and crisp pickled vegetables to the warmth of a fresh bowl of rice, while reimagining how Vietnamese food could fit into today’s fast-paced world.
At Saigon Hustle, heritage and hard work come together. The menu celebrates the vibrant flavors of Saigon with the energy and drive of Houston, a city that mirrors the founders’ own story of resilience, creativity, and community.
